CECN EDUCONSULT-OMAN, an educator provider–education consultancy company, is seeking applicants for the following positions in colleges, starting September 2011:
English Language Teachers
Duties and responsibilities
• Teaching English to college students
• Preparing and conducting exam papers and quizzes
• Assessing students
• Maintaining students' records
• Presenting reports on students' progress
Qualification
• Native English Speakers from the US, Canada, Britain, Ireland, Scotland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, or any other country considered to have Native English language.
• University degree MA/ M.Ed./ PhD in Applied Linguistics/ TEFL/ TESOL
• or BA English and Post Graduate Diploma in EFL/ESL
• or B.Ed. - ELT/ TEFL/ TESOL or B.Ed. with a certificate in TEFL, TESOL, ESL, CELTA, etc.
• or BA in Applied Linguistics
• 2 years post degree experience teaching English Language to college level or adult students
• Experience in Smart Class, Multi-Media and Self Access teaching
Compensation and Benefits - Tax Free
We offer monthly compensation packages as follows:
• Salary: Up to OMR 1000 depending on the teacher's degree and teaching experience.
